The clan's bloodline is a doujutsu similar in ability to the Byakugaun. The difference being where the Hyuuga's eyes see the inner chakra system, The Churitsu clan can see the exhaust system of one's chakra.
An aura unique to each person swirls around a person. It flows and is tainted with one of five colors. If it's red they're fire nature. Blue, water nature. Green wind nature. Yellow lightning nature. And Brown Earth nature.
The person's eye normally looks like a regular eye, but when the jutsu activates the iris goes gray and as they view different auras the iris changes color to match the current aura it's viewing.
The eye's weakness it can't noticed secondary natures.
Specialty
The clan specializes in sealing. A very special type of sealing though. First they analyze their opponents seeing what their chakra nature is. Once this has been discovered. They preform one of 5 on the battle field seals. Each one specially designed to seal the chakra nature in their opponent.
These Nature Sealing techniques can only be mastered one of two ways. Be born with no chakra nature or be born with access to all chakra natures. As expected, members of the clan are said to possess no nature, allowing for use of their special sealing Jutsu.
The 5 different Jutsu are all variants of one Clan Jutsu. And thus are all referred to as such, the difference coming in the shape manipulation of the jutsu.
History:
It is highly believed that the clan is a mutation of the Hyuuga. A very weak mutation albeit. Their documented history has been burned from the times before the after-math of the 3rd great shinobi war. They mainly wandered from place to place though. After the failed attempt of the Village hidden in the clouds to attain the Hyuga's secret eyes they Churitsu clan settled in their village and became the eyes of the village hidden in clouds.
They Haven't had an illustorius history really never doing anything too interesting. The Chuuritsu isn't much of a combative clan, instead of focusing on their powers at fighting in large scale battles, they honed their skills at being some of the highest skilled assassin's in the hidden cloud, as well as being assassin's they have trained vigorously to be great trackers, even if their dojutsu only shows chakra nature.
Clan Manners.
The Clan has accustomed to a very Vulcan-like approach to life. Favoring reason over emotion. They let their emotions sway them and have very analytical minds. Most marriages are what's logical, not what's in the heart of such issues.
They treat all members equally and there is no head. Instead there is a council of elder members whose most recent member is none other than Akkei.
