When the user first begins using it, it can cut up their body a little bit, but it turns their attacks into ones covered in 1000's of little blades.

Can hit the enemy with the aura of chakra and cut them
if a blow lands, thy are cut as well by tiny wind blades
Natural Elemental Superiority to Lightning
Weakness:
Poor or prolonged use can harm one's self on the outside covering the aura covered areas in cuts that bleed badly
