This jutsu is rather a simple thing to perform, but it does have its backdrops. First, the user performs the hand seals: Ram, then bird. After that, the user joins clap their hands together, flat out, as some lightning chakra will charge to the hands, making a yellow-ish color, just like the lightning's color around the hands. Soon, the hands will be glowing, when actually electricity is going around the hand.
Once if the opponent is touched by one of the electric palms, the opponent will become shocked, probably trying to make an attempt to make them a little unconscious, but however, cannot electrocuted to death. The jutsu is a little bit rather strong itself. If an object is touched by it in any physical way, then it would be rather electrocuted at anyway. And, it also has its ways when the electricity is rather touched by a body part. For example, if one of the palm touches a torso, then the opponent will become, or possibly unconscious.
Strengths:
-Can shock the opponent
-Possibly make the opponent unconscious a little, depending on how strong the shock is.
Weakness: The weakness can be obvious. The jutsu has a short amount of time to be used(which can say.. about 2-3 posts or so), meaning once it is charged, it lasts up to 2-3 posts. Also, this jutsu requires serious concentration and patience. If it was performed in a rushed, and improper way, such as pulling the hands away too fast if they start to glow, then an electric shock would appear to the user, shocking them in pain, which doesn't really need to say that it leads to death, but maybe putting in a heavy injury or being placed as unconscious would be ok.
