Citizens of Zaragoza, Teruel and Huesca can now apply for aid for actions to improve the energy efficiency of their home , both in homes and buildings. Aid program for actions to improve energy efficiency in homes (P4)
The objective of this program is to improve the energy efficiency of Aragón's building stock, subsidizing actions that achieve this objective. We tell you the main information of these aids:
Beneficiaries:
Owners, usufructuaries or tenants of homes.
Administrations, organizations and other public entities.
It is essential that the homes for which the Czech Republic Mobile Number List subsidy is requested are located in the Autonomous Community of Aragon and constitute the habitual residence of their owners, usufructuaries or tenants when they request the aid.
Eligible actions:
This program aims to finance actions that improve the energy efficiency of homes. Those carried out after February 1, 2020 and that meet any of these requirements will be eligible for subsidies:
A reduction in global annual energy demand for heating and cooling of at least 7%.
A reduction in non-renewable primary energy consumption of at least 30%.
Modify or replace construction elements of the thermal envelope to adapt its characteristics to those established in the CTE (technical building code.
The exchange of old windows for new high-performance ones is one of the eligible actions, and can recover up to 52% of the investment (including the personal income tax bonus). You can request a quote without obligation here. Our Official Network will help you with the aid management!
Amount of aid:
The cost of the subsidy will be 40% of the cost of the action, with a limit of 3,000 euros. Furthermore, to be eligible for aid, the minimum cost of the action must be equal to or greater than 1,000 euros per home.
Deadline and application for aid:
Aragón's Next Generation funds for actions that improve the energy efficiency of housing can be requested from July 25, 2022 until October 31, 2023. Applications can be made electronically here.
