Description:
Lightning forms in the palm of the users hand the moment the Ram hand-seal is opened. It takes on an almost solid form that can be thrown at a target, typically a ball of lightning that arcs through the air.
On impact it creates a link between a metal item that a target may have or may be wearing and is used to pull them towards the user, a favoured target is a belt buckle or a sewn on forehead protector on a piece of clothing. Once connected, the Jutsu takes the appearance of a rope-like lightning stream connected directly to the metal item and allows the user of the technique to pull at it as though it were a standard steel wire.
The strength of the pull is entirely dependant on the strength of the user since all it does is act like a solid wire. If it misses its mark, it will simply dissipate as wasted Chakra.
Strengths:
Can be used to rapidly close the distance between the user and a target, allowing for full use of Taijutsu combat against even long-range types by forcing them into close range combat.
It can be used to disarm a target instead of drawing them in, so long as the weapon they hold has sufficient amounts of metal, and will cause additional damage through any conductive elements directly touching the target, such as water or metal on the skin. A further advantages is that it can be channelled through metals or water to catch a target much more quickly than simply throwing it.
Weakness:
The technique is a double edged sword since drawing the opponent in closer could also be disadvantageous if the user is not prepared for any tricks they might have.
The claw must be thrown and must successfully hit a target, unlike actual lightning it cannot instantly hit the individual it is being thrown at, instead going much like the speed of a thrown kunai. It's also not a very damaging technique, concentrating more on bringing the enemy closer than harming them, extra conditions like conducting through water or metal need to be met for it to cause any noticeable harm.
Additionally, if the user isn't stronger than their target, it could be used against them.

Description:
An alternative to the flash bomb but with an extended range, Lightning surges around the body once before sparking a glaringly bright flash that serves to blind anyone that looks directly at it without eye protecting. Repeated exposure to it could damage the eyes but otherwise it is a harmless technique best used for escape.
Strengths:
As expected of a flash of light, it can blind the opponent and leave them dazed or confused which in itself can leave them open to attack or let the user escape. It does not, however affect the user, they merely see their environment lighting up briefly for a short time.
Weakness:
It has no defined direction so it can affect friendly and enemy targets alike. It cant actually harm an opponent (except through repeated exposure to the eyes) and obviously needs to be done in full view of an opponent.
