Tsuchishiro Clan

Name of Clan: Tsuchishiro
Origin: The Land of Fire
Current Clan Location: Konoha

Bloodline Limit/Secret Traditions: While no special technique of any sort was born into the clan, the Tsuchishiro clan have served for a long time as excellent Earth Style users and great cultivators of the land for Farming and Agriculture.
They are also renowned as great cooks and produce a number of fine chefs.

History:
The Tsuchishiro Clan were farmers, but in order to protect their land they became students of the way of the Shinobi. In respect to the world around them and the earth beneath their feet they became users of Earth Style Ninjutsu, and it became so deep-rooted that the family seemed to naturally develop Earth Style Ninjutsu users.

After every major war they would cultivate the land with Earth Style techniques, bring in fresh soil and filling the land with Chakra to bring life to it, fertility for plants to grow. Theirs is a simple life, that of a Worker class, where wars and religion may pass on by, they are the kind of Clan that remains simply for their usefulness.

Each leader of the Clan has always had a son to their name who in turn would take over their Clan and gain a son of their own, continuing to lead the clan fairly and calmly with a fair temperament and keeping good relations with Konoha, the principle client for their farmed goods.

However in the last decade the Tsuchishiro clan has become distant and ill-tempered as a result of their current leader, Tetsuo, who claims often to his clan members that the birth of a Daughter to his house with Lightning Natured Chakra is an ill omen for the future, which has begun to make the Tsuchishiro clan suspicious of outsiders and downright bitter altogether with a solid belief that they will soon face perilous times.
