He will wear at his opponents with shadow clone attacks to get a feel for fighting them and use what he learns to come up with a good strategy to fight, something he learned from studding Kakashi Hatake. He is very adaptable, doesn’t do to well with large group missions can handle being out numbered in a fight. Hei is used as a tracker, uses his Byakugan to find traces of who he’s tracking. Has done numerous undercover Intel and Assassination ops for ANBU, he’s at home when behind enemy lines
Appearance: Hei is 5’11 (180cm), weighs 130lbs. athletic build. When on duty Hei wears black combat dress. Black Shirt with a thin metal plate under on chest and back. Has an ANBU issued mask, with red swirls on the face. Black ninja pants, and a tool pouch strapped to his left leg. When undercover he wears what the civilians of where he is wears to blend in, in addition as to not give himself away he wears brown contact lenses specially made to hide his Byakugan. Has pitch black hair finely trimmed but at the same time always messy. Has a distinct scar on the left side of his face that spans from the top of his eye that crosses his eye vertically down to the edge of his mouth. He always has his custom daggers on him. light intermediate skin tone.
Personality: Hei has a Get it done at all costs Attitude, but if in a pinch a comrade needs him he will be there. Unlike most ANBU Hei Makes deep connections with his squad mates, they become his family and he will do anything to make sure they survive. Because of these two conflicting traits Hei is usually only paired with one or two other ninja if any on his missions. He has strong allegiances to Konohagakure and would do any mission to insure its prosper and survival. While he is a part of the main branch of the Hyūga clan he is rarely seen with any other Hyūga because of his upbringing. Hei does not know who his father is but Knew of his mother. He was trained to be a perfect ninja from birth, but after witnessing his mother murdered by a rouge ninja at a young age has vowed to never be so useless again. Hei loves Ramen, he doesn’t care what kind it is he will eat it. In his free time he can be found training or meditating in the woods. Hei prefers smaller groups and gets uneasy in large groups of people. As to date he has never had a significant other, fearing that they to would be taken from him. Hei’s personality is a mystery to most people, he doesn’t let many people get close to him. He usually puts on a “mask” if you will to strangers. Acting like a polite adult and exactly how people would expect. Hei wears his special contacts most of the time even when in Konohagakure, he likes to hide his Byakugan, he feels only those who need to know hes a Hyūga are his superiors and team mates. Because of this he is able to get an upper hand in a bad situation.
History: Hei is now 36 years of age. born on December 11th. Born to Tanaka Asame, and An Unknown Hyūga Main House father. His mother was just his father’s mistress. Ever since he could stand he trained in the art of combat by a close family friend named Chikyuu Yama, one day when Hei was 4 he and his mother were on a trip to see his grandparents when him and his mother were attacked by a group on rouge ninja bandits, although Hei was only four years old he still managed to hold his own against one of the ninja. But when he heard a shriek come from his mother he turned and saw a large man standing over her. Her hands clutching a fresh bright red stain in her chest. As he watched her fall he went into a frenzy actually managing to kill the ninja and attacked the behemoth of a bandit, the beastly man slashed his face making a shallow cut that almost took his left eye. Hei was knocked to the ground, and quickly the rouge nin fled as a patrol of Konoha ninja who were pursuing the bandits came across the gruesome scene. That was Hei’s first kill. Hei was taken back with the ninja, he was given a special mentor who was also from the Hyūga clan, his mentor taught him how to use his Byakugan and how to better defend himself with weapons, mainly daggers. Chikyuu Yama taught Hei the Badger summoning jutsu before he finally passed away.
As the years went by he was noticed and placed into the ANBU black ops where he furthered his training under a friend by the name of Yūgao Uzuki. On his 20th birthday he was on a tracking mission, he and his comrades were ambushed and although he fought the best he could he was still the only survivor, remembering his mother’s gruesome fate and then watching his friends die in battle he swore to himself that he would never lose anyone again. After the 4th Shinobi war Hei moved up the ranks in ANBU to Captain for his outstanding work in the field and behind enemy lines.
Hei Used to work on his own mostly until he was pared with Tenko a new recruit to the ANBU. Hei became a mentor for the new ANBU, teaching him some jutsu, after a while they even created a new jutsu together. Years pasted and the two shinobi became good friends and Hei even revealed his true identity to Tenko. Tenko was recently given a genin team to teach so every now and then Hei gos on solo missions from the New Hokage. High risk missions like Capturing Missing nin or assassinating them.

The bandits run, but they cant hide. They will pay for what they did all those years ago.
Moving swiftly through the trees, a blur in the shadows. His daggers out, ready to strike.
Pouncing the small one like a panther jumping its prey. They don’t notice he’s gone.
The two remaining think they got away, little do they know a silent predator watches their every move.
“hey boss yous think we got away?” the rat faced man looked around
“yeah, theres no way he could find us out here… hey what happened to Shinji?”
“I don’t know, he was….”
The mans voice stops, Boss turns around to see his friend impaled by a dagger, nailing him to a tree.
“look who ever you are we can make a deal” boss shouts.
“ I can give you anything you want, just let me live”
“you can give me anything I want you say” the shadow says creeping in to sight
“yes anything just don’t hurt me” the behemoth begs
“theres one thing that you cant give me, cause you stole it from me all those years ago… MY MOTHER!” the reaper yells blackness enveloping him.
Boss looks at the mans face and sees a hideous scar across his face and realizes whats about to happen
“oh shi….” The beast never finished.
