Kuroko Clan: Choujin no Chakra (Withering Chakra)
The Kuroko Clan's hidden ninjutsu, Choujin no Chakura is a style of ninjutsu which uses the clan's poisonous chakra to "eat away" or "decay" an opponents chakra, to accomplish a variety of effects. If not managed properly, this style of ninjutsu could have a devastating effect on both parties, as chakra must be expended to drain the opponents chakra.
Fighting Style:
Retsu is mostly a long distance fighter. He was taught the different acupuncture points and uses his senbon accordingly to take down his opponents and immobilize them. He stays in the shadows and circles the opponent, throwing the senbon from different directions to confuse them and make it seem as though they are being attacked by more than one person.
When it comes to close combat Retsu isn't as good at it but if he has to he can inject some of his poison chakra into the opponent and make them weaker. Since he hasn't figured out how to throw his senbon with the chakra in them this is the only way he can use his clan abilities to their full extent.
Weaknesses: Retsu is almost useless when it comes to hand to hand combat. He isn't very strong and has a hard time defending himself. He also can not use his clan abilities except at a close distance, when he is at his most vulnerable.

Appearance:
Retsu is rather tall for his age and has been taller than the other kids in his class for a long time. He has a lanky build, which paired with his height makes him look somewhat awkward. He has learned to deal with it though and is actually quite graceful, despite his looks.
He has the same darker skin that most of the rest of the village bears as well as the same platinum blonde hair. His eyes are narrow and serious and are a light honey colour with a small ring of darker brown around his pupils, making them look larger than they are.
Retsu wears an A-shirt with the top half being fishnet and the bottom half being solid black. He has baggy black pants which bunch together at the bottom due to a think elastic, resembling parachute pants. On his upper arms he has a custom holster for his senbon. His headband, which he wears on is forehead, in on white fabric, which match his white wristbands.
Personality:
Retsu is mostly a very quiet and timid character. He doesn't always give his opinion, even though he often as opinion for everything. He stays mostly in his head because that has always been a safe place for him and his father told him that if he didn't have anything useful to say he should just be quiet.
His father has always been a subject of fear for him. The pain he has gone through due to his father's abuse has made him hate his father and as such they rarely talk unless absolutely necessary or unless Retsu is being scolded again. Retsu often thinks his life would become a lot easier if his father were killed but he doesn't believe he has the guts to kill him himself or tell anyone else about his problems.
Retsu is very sweet and caring. He doesn't make friends very quickly but he is a friend for life, the kind that anyone can depend on. Retsu would do anything for his friends and is very loyal to them. He just doesn't get very close to people so that he cannot be hurt by them.

Retsu was born to the head of his clan, Kin Kuroko, and his wife, Yuki. Yuki, however, died after giving birth to Retsu. At first things were okay, or about as okay as things could be. Retsu's older sister, Keiko, took the mother role and cared for Retsu more than Kin did.
When Keiko got older she wanted to become a ninja. Many of her friends were going to the academy and she wanted to as well so that she could see them more often. Their father disagreed with her dreams of becoming a ninja and told that she was to take care of Retsu because that was her job as a woman.
Keiko went against her father's wishes and enrolled herself into the academy. Her father worked during the day so Keiko would drop Retsu off at their neighbour's house after he left for work and before she went to the academy and pick him up after she out but before their father got home.
Their father wasn't very pleasant when he was home. He often came home tired and grumpy from work. The stress of having to raise his two children by himself, and his loneliness from losing his wife made him bitter. He would often take out his stress by beating the two of them, more often than not it was Keiko. Retsu often had to try to sleep to the sounds of his sister being beaten. When Retsu was beaten he would feel ashamed for not being able to make his father happier.
After a few years Retsu was old enough to enroll in the academy. His father automatically signed him up, still oblivious to Keiko's enrollment. Instead of dropping Retsu off at their neighbour's Keiko simply walked with him to the academy. This made it easier for her as she didn't have to make the whole thing so secretive, she could make it appear as though she was simply walking him there and back.
Retsu's father was pretty good to him during his time in the academy. The two of them would often train together and Retsu found out about their poison chakra for the first time. His father taught him how to use it to drain other people's chakras as well as throwing senbon and Retsu was eager to learn.
One day, near the end of Keiko's last year in the academy, their father got off of work early and decided to pick up his son from the academy himself. When he got there he saw his daughter also in class. He was outraged that she had gone behind his back for so long but he held it in. He decided to wait for them when they got home.
That day had been a good day at school for Retsu because he had been rewarded by his teacher for having the right answer to a really tough question. When he and his sister entered the house their father was there waiting for them. Retsu was sent to his room where he obediently went for fear of being beaten.
He never saw his sister after that night. She had run off after that, finally having enough of her life. She was found a few weeks later by some scouting ninjas, dead in the mountains. Retsu was devastated but his father seemed not to care. Retsu stopped talking after that and kept mostly to himself. His father, having no one else left, used Retsu as his punching bag.
When Retsu passed the academy, with flying colours, his father didn't come to his ceremony or even congratulate him. His disinterest in his son made Retsu very upset at his father but he wasn't willing to do anything about it because he was afraid of the consequences, afraid he would have the same outcome as his sister.
They still train together regularly because his father wants his son to stay in shape and further his knowledge of the clan's techniques. Retsu would be the heir after all and one day he would have to teach the heir the techniques as well. His father is only doing it so that the techniques don't become lost.
One day he would like to confront his father but he knows that right now his father is much stronger than him and that Retsu would be the one to suffer. So when Retsu grows up he would like to make his father pay for all the suffereing he put Keiko and himself though.
