Special Abilities:
Though not really a bloodlimit, the Ballistic Fist was passed down from Masurao to Hero as its own style.
Fighting Style:
A coveted taijutsu fighter who has learned the basic arts of ninja and made them strong enough to protect him or be used in different situations, his areas in ninjutsu push towards the basics but to a strong degree as he focuses more so on his taijutsu skills. In this case, he has taught and polished his basic skills in the arts to be strong and has learned skills that disrupt genjutsu (kai).
He uses his family line of personal combat techniques, which has to do with using the body as Artillery, in which the attacks are named from combative measures. The tactics in battle using this style allow for him to attack accordingly with strong and speedy blows. In this case he says he has no need for advanced genjutsu or ninjutsu of higher level and wants to prove his taijutsu is the strongest.
He is also an intelligent individual of which he can plan and coordinate attacks and is a contradiction on how most taijutsu users would act in situations.
A well-rounded taijutsu user, Hero was made to take on any situation with his "Ballistic Fist" techniques. He can take on enemies from a head-on collision or a long-range manner. He has polished his basic skills to a great degree to make them useful in combat situations to reduce the weakness of just being a taijutsu fighter, but these skills are not as revolutionary as his taijutsu skills. He is incredibly intelligent as well, and can deduce things and act accordingly to situations in combat.
Weaknesses:
Due to not focusing on genjutsu, he can be easily susceptible to illusions when it comes to tricks of the mind. Due to being a well-rounded taijutsu users, opponents that specialize in their skills (like stats in physical strength, endurance, and speed) can overpower him in those aspects if they are on his level or higher than him. He tends to over-think situations and act according to what he considers correct in battle, thus having a bit of arrogance to add to his wealth of knowledge. He is also a loner by nature due to his past faring to work alone instead of with a team. Due to only polishing his basic skills, he doesn't have much skills in anything other than his academy techniques in ninjutsu or genjutsu, only learning Kai (Release) outside of his arsenal of skills.[/ul]
Appearance:
A strong combatant, Hero's physique is built to be athletic though flexible due to his arduous training. He has tanned skin of a creamy tone. His fists and legs have callouses on them, scarred from the excruciating training he put himself through hell to become that much closer to being stronger. His hair is brown and his eyes are also black. He weighs somewhere around one hundred and fifty to one hundred and seventy pounds, and is five foot ten inches.
Usually he places on a silver bandana around his forehead and takes his incredibly spiky hair and smooths it out placing it into a pony tail through use of a rubber-band. A t-shirt is always on his person with no sleeves and a vest jacket which he wears when he goes on missions, the vest reaches to his pectorals and stops at his abs. He wears a signature pair of gloves which seem to have brackets on them a special kind of mechanism (though it does nothing but look cool). Black cargo pants that are baggy at the bottoms and toed sandals.
Personality:
Usually regarded as the strong silently type, Hero is a quiet character that keeps most things to himself. Always thinking or looking at the sky for reference of his emotions, he doesn't talk to most people that come across him without good reason to do so. Usually preferring to be alone, he is someone who can be a companion but isn't someone that is very social towards them unless he needs to be. Due to this, he can have many strained relationships.
Hero may seem uncaring, but has an extremely strong sense of justice, though he doesn't care for which side he is on as long as he has the ability to protect the weak and downtrodden. He takes special care to place the weight on his shoulders if he could not defend people that were innocent in the ordeals of protection and will allow people to blame him as such with no comebacks or sayings that have to do with defending himself. Due to this strong sense he often takes beatings, and or the words of the people, doing so because he feels it's only natural.
He has a great deal of honor, and takes care to show such honors in things such as combat, promises, and even to criminals. If he feels as though the oppositions break their own sense of honor he takes this heavily but does not forget his own honor as "he'd be no better than the people that broke their own honor". He only attacks wounds that he himself inflicts in battle, allows opponents to get away if they have done him or his friends a service, and attacks the evil and wicked of which is showcased by how they act or what they do. He doesn't really care for things like reputations unless there is proof or evidence to such feats.
He takes combat exceptionally seriously, and is one to also take his training seriously taking on his responsibilities for hours to days at a time. He will dislike anyone who spits on his training, and dislike anyone who doesn't understand the foundation of hard-work. This will not affect his ability to save or protect them if they are in trouble, but will lead him to be disgusted at their own hypocrisy to what it takes to being strong or having to practice something over and over. He would rather earn his skills, then learn them instantly, always taking the hard-way instead of a short-cut in such goals as he gains a greater understanding and has more gratitude.
He often asks for nothing on his services, and is one to again earn his keep by doing something as jobs or in help. He also usually doesn't do bounty-hunting for money, but to help protect the people around him that deserve such protection. He understands that the world is not black and white, and that in many ways understanding what people may think as good or what's evil could allow for something of an understanding. If he sees no true evil in the ones claimed to be such, he will freely let them escape.
An easy ploy for him in combat is his chivalry, is his inability to attack the innocent if they are held as hostages. He will never attack a criminal unless he is completely sure that he can bypass the hostage and attack the main individual. He does not take likely the lives he has to take, and usually makes a proper burial for them as well. He can be considered naive due to his common place of being led into traps. Though this is a most likely a ploy, so that he can be led to a place where no one else could be hurt by likely criminals.
Against those he considers "truly evil", he has no mercy for and shall kill them on the spot with his blade without a second thought. He has a kind demeanor even if to himself as he won't hesitate to give someone the clothes on his back or the money from his pocket if he sees someone needs it more than he does. If someone saves or protects him, he pays them back for their kindness.
He has a competitive side, wanting to be one of the strongest martial artist in the land, he practices every day if he can in order to be such. Learning skills and taking his training very seriously, if he sees a strong competitor that he could defeat, he would go against them if innocent or good-natured, as a spar; if evil and conniving, as a duel to the death. Obviously fighting either or with different levels of skill. He refines his techniques, and uses both techniques he has learned, and self taught skills that he has figured out by earnestly training them.
History:
The heir to his families special martial arts which induces the use of artillery in combat. Hero is the son of Masurao, an incredibly powerful veteran on the field of combat and one of the strongest taijutsu users in the village who made the style due to war time efforts. His abilities are thus incredibly profound and and powerful, strong enough to be a threat to even high class shinobi. This is the person Hero wants to learn from and become stronger than as a result and thus he was trained in the "Ballistic Fist", a style of martial arts that uses the properties of things such as explosive power and trajectory in combat.
Hero would begin learning and mustering his strength at an early age on account of being protected by his mother who was killed by an unknown assailant while his father was on a mission and thus he went through the traumatic experience of having his mother killed in front of him. This led him to wanting to become stronger quickly. Due to the properties of his fighting style, the arms are trained in a way that the muscles configure into a different type of structuring than regular arms. Due to this he can focus a mass of blood into his arm to power it up, this is called the "Main Arm" (his father can focus his blood into both arms, in which he was nicknamed "Twin Ballistic Masurao". He would practice diligently to gather his arms power and trained his physical skills to the natural limit taking hellish training from his father to do so.
Joining the ninja academy at 8 (4 years of school?). He was often seen as a loner, someone who preferred to be by himself to practice his own martial arts. This is more due to losing his mother at a young age and preferring to be left alone, and thanks to this he didn't have many friends though he did get into a good deal of scuffles due to classmates believing he thought he was better than them due to his fathers namesake and popularity. Thanks to this, he learned to fight and learned survival amongst his peers.
Due to his fierce power and strength as a martial artist he was a terror in his peers eyes, which led to him gaining an even deeper silence to those around him. Often being an outcast and ridiculed, he would take this with him in training and gather his strength accordingly because of it. His abilities improved more due to the bits of anger he held. However, his father noticing this, would tell him that he would need to be strong even with the kids hounding him over and over again, as the right thing to do was not always the most liked thing. He would take this to heart with him.
Meeting his team, he had many problems with one of the members of which was also a taijutsu expert and he always got into fights with him. Though the member had incredible skills as an opponent in battle, his intelligence and ability to think led to his downfall in many of the sparring sessions that he and the young man went through. Due to this, the young man had one day asked him to be his training partner so they could both grow in combat in which Hero denied such a thing.
The other teammate was a woman, who used a large weapon in order to create whirlwinds a 'scythe'. They didn't do much together in way of relationships or hanging out, but he did trust her in battle due to her competence as a fighter. Though not friends, they would become accomplices.
He and the sensei of the group had mutual understandings with one another, though his teacher his sensei usually understood that he liked to be alone and trained by himself not only because of this aspect but also due to the complexity of his fighting style and not allowing the secrets of such a style go to waste. Due to this, Hero usually did things to the letter of how his sensei asked of him if he could do so, and if he was leading the way as it made things that much easier. By the rival taijutsu experts own mouth, he considered Hero to be a "teachers pet" which Hero didn't really care for.
The team had became stronger through their years worth of experience gained from aspects of training, Hero had learned to master more skills of his Ballistic Fist. Such as greater speed of his fists to the point of them disappearing with the trajectory of abnormal speed and the ability to use more speed based attack skills instead of relying on his signature technique. After all of this, the entire team entered the chunin exams. They had loss the first Chunin exams, but after taking the second one, they all passed and became official Chunins. Hero was now 14.
Gaining a small reputation for his intelligent skills and his advancement in combat, Hero had gained his name in the bingo book for another mission that involved him stopping a pretty strong combatant by himself with the use of his intelligence. Due to his special taijutsu and his fathers nickname, he would be called the "Ballistic II" which in context showcased him being the son of Masurao.
Two years had passed since Hero became a Chunin in which he learned how to use more skills from his father. Allowing him more powerful attacks and more forceful strikes. It also made him much more versatile, living up to the hype of the "Ballistic" techniques was something that had amazed his father. He had grown in all his skills, from having the ability to attack from a distance to the ability to attack with such rapidity that his attacks looked like "shots". Hero was making a name for himself all over...

"I see you got some new gloves, huh?" The boy said with a strong taste of harshness in his tone, silently watched by Hiro who only stood there, taking the strides of the boys comments and making himself that much less liked due to his quiet nature. As always the bane of their existence, Hiro didn't really care for their tendencies to gather what could be said "numbers of strength". He couldn't care any more than most would, as he was himself. His eyes would only close. Starting to maneuver to the right of the group, they would get in front of him, as he was stopped. "Nu-uh..." Said the leaders rebellious nature to allow him to pass. "You still looking down on us after these five years, guy? Ha, what a joke..." Did he truly need to listen to this...
Slowly he arose his fist clenching it tightly. "Move." An instance of power came over him, as his anger began to show, a seeming lust for battle. The power which he released from just one gesture. His eyes showed this as well. He was "Primed and Ready" for whatever they would use next against him. But in the instance he started, they backed away from him. "Y-you're a weirdo you know that..." Something said by someone so tiny that he needed to use whatever he could to gather the courage to face off against someone like Hiro. Hiro had laid no hands on them, except that one time... but their numbers only increased due to them wanting to become stronger. "By the way... a large number of weaklings is still weak..." Anger appeared in their eyes as he said this, gathering no strength to attack him, their was nothing they could really say or do. Even if he was right. They were weak...
Entering into the classroom, his hands going into his pockets as he gazed over what could be considered the waiting room. He sat down after bowing to his once "beloved" teacher. His eyes closed as he crossed his arms. Sitting for the time being in order to wait for his newest sensei. As he would be recommended for Team 1. What would happen to him within this notion of understanding, it could be considered unknown, much more he couldn't care as long as he could gain greater strength. Waiting for an hour he had not moved from his spot, the only thing that changed was his legs being crossed. A slow stillness about him.
As the entrance of the man came to being, he looked him up and down with a raised eyebrow. Not caring much for his appearance. He held his arms crossed. "I am part of Team 1, sir." He said to him.
His arms were crossed as he heard the teacher beginning to gather what could be an uncharted situation filled with things like peril or growth and understanding. Hiro being the realistic individual that he was gathered what could be considered a truth among truths, but he couldn't deny the details that he needed to be trained and needed to learn in order to grow in this cruel world. That's why he gathered the strength he had now from his father and is now moving on to training with another sensei. As he listened to him, after he said they would be on the roof, only then he looked towards the woman. He started his way towards the door, and didn't say next to anything to the woman only glancing forward with a quiet nature.
As he walked through the hallway once more he saw the young men that were antagonizing him. They had a grudge to settle for his words earlier, and it showed on their faces which were angered by his face showing no signs of twisting and turning. Hiro was calm, and didn't even take a look at them. Walking past them as the leader smirked. "Hiro-chan... we shall see who the big guy in this academy is later... you'd better be wary." He wasn't phased keeping his cool and making no effort to stop him from trying to do whatever he wished. But then he stopped. "We shall settle this later then, sir... it will be the last time we shall do so, meet me on the training grounds by dawn we can settle it from there." His hands went into his pockets, his voice didn't perk much towards the comment. He would only walk onward after speaking, telling him the lines that were needed and taking a stride forward with his slow walk.
Once he had gotten there, he slowly built forth his eyes to both the woman and the sensei. He would maneuver his legs to stiffen standing up straight as he moved onward. "I am here..." He crossed his arms once more. The three minute mark had been passed and thus he was here. Understanding that the woman probably was here from some sort of technique or what not. He only casually took his time however, there was truly nothing to rush. He went back into his silence gazing at the man as he crossed his legs sitting towards the ground, wading his head forward.
