Clan Name: None
Owner of Jutsu: Land of Iron Samurai Stances
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Chuudan no Kamae (Middle Level Stance)
Hand Seals: 0
Element: N/A
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: E
Description: This is the most basic stance used by samurai which balances attack and defence. If correctly assumed, the hilt and right wrist are hidden from the opponent. The throat is visible, but the extended tip of the sword threatens a thrusting enemy with a likely counter-thrust. The head is the only clearly open target, but this too is easily defended.
Strengths: Good for both attacking and defending.
Weakness: Very basic stance with no strategy involved.

Name: Joudan no Kamae (Upper-Level Stance)
Hand Seals: 0
Element: N/A
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: D
Description: A basic level kenjutsu stance used by all samurai. The sword is raised above the head with the tip pointing back and the blade facing up, in readiness to strike. It is a very aggressive stance.
Strengths: In the ready to strike position at all times, making it easier to attack an opponent.
Weakness: A weak defense, since the throat, wrists and body are open

Name: Gendan no Kamae (Lower Level Stance)
Hand Seals: 0
Element: N/A
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: D
Description: A basic level kenjutsu stance used by all samurai. This position is adopted when the sword is held out in front of the body pointing at the waist in kendo, or at the knee or sometimes the ankle. It is considered a variant of chūdan-no-kamae and therefore appearing as a defensive posture, but instead it is used to deflect blows and create striking opportunities.
Strengths: After parrying an attack, the user can strike back with their sword since their momentum is lost.
Weakness: The user has to lower themselves to their opponents tempo, staying only on the defensive until their opponent strikes.

Name: Nitoujutsu (Two-Sword Stance)
Hand Seals: 1
Element: N/A
Type: Kenjutsu
Rank: C
Description: An average level kenjutsu stance used by the samurai. By wielding two weapons, the user can channel chakra to his arms and legs, increasing his speed of each limb to deliver swift and accurate strikes.
Strengths: Can attack and block at the same time.
Weakness: Both hands are being used and cannot use handseals to perform any more ninjutsu.
