SPOILERS:
The easist way to create a spoiler is to put what you want to hide/toggle down, highlight it, and click the shockyface icon that's next to the bullet list icon. Then you'll be prompted for a spoiler title, and then presto! you have a spoiler. This is particularly useful if you've a large profile image, but don't want to take up too much space.
Let's pretend you wanted to hide some text. Here's what the code looks like (I had to upload an image of it, since the javascript processes it even when inside code tags:
