These are the important rules to this site that must be followed by all members. Violators will be banned on third time offense for minor or accidental violations (though there should be no accidents) or possibly banned first offense if it is serious.
1. Do Not Spam - This means do not post any pointless, useless, or down right stupid topics anywhere, unless it is permitted, which means somewhere in that thread it says something like 'You may Spam' which will probably be rare, so DON'T SPAM.
2. Do Not Double Post - Double posting is prohibited! If your post is too big for one post, then you are allowed to double post. Otherwise, please don't double post to bump your registration. Send a PM to an online staff member and ask them politely to view your post.
3. Do Not Flame/Bash anyone - If you are caught bashing or flaming any member of the site, that's an immediate Ban. Now, if you are doing something in harmless fun that's okay, but the minute it escalates and you continue you will get banned. So, when members say 'Stop' or 'Lets Move On' or anything of that nature and you continue that Flaming/Bashing. So, don't Flame or Bash because that's an immediate Ban, no warnings!
4. Do Not Ask or Post Anything Illegal - If you are caught posting Porn, Hentai, Yuri, Yaoi, ROMs, Emulators, things of that nature you will be warned and most likely banned. The posting of these things aren't allowed. Now, what you do in your PMs, Emails, etc. that's none of our business, but we better not see the posting of illegal things. So, do not Ask or Post Anything Illegal!!
5. Grammar - Use it correctly, that means no l33t talk or anything around the forums. Now, in the General Boards/Lounge these rules will be less strict, and more lenient meaning seeing some l33t talk will be passed, however too much and you will be warned, we'll probably take the rules for General Boards to have some l33t talk away! Now in the RP Boards...l33t is prohibited. No questions asked. So, please use Grammar correctly.
6. Do Not Argue with Staff - Simple, what the Staff says goes. Now you and the staff may talk it out and discuss, but after that everything comes down to what the staff says. Staff are here to help and not hurt, so please be understanding. Understand they are trying to help you and this here site flourish into something amazing. So, do not argue with Staff. You will be given a warning and if it continues, you will be banned.
7. Out of Character - When posting in the out of character in the role play section, write OOC (Out of Character) before whatever your message is.
8. DO NOT ask staff to view things in the C-box, as this annoys them very much. Now politely asking them once or bumping your character's, weapon, etc threads once every so often is fine, but like I said, no spamming the C-box with requests for anything to be viewed!. You will be given a warning and if it continues, you will be banned.
9. Registration Template - Please do not alter the registration templates in any way. We have the template in a certain order so that when people go to look at your character, they know which area it is in. When you apply for a job, you don't mess with the application they give you, otherwise they will throw it in the trash. Same here.
In addition, don't add in extra tags where they aren't necessary. This means specifically, no blockquotes. Also, do not center align large blocks of text, as doing so makes the text increasingly difficult to read. You may use lists in special occasions, such as when listing equipment and jutsu/techniques. Deviations from the template are generally not acceptable, and anyone that changes the template will be asked firmly to adhere to the template.
After one warning, lack of compliance could end up with the application archived or deleted. Please follow our templates, thank you.
10. Plagarism: Plagiarism will not be tolerated. It's theft and is against the law, and anyone caught plagiarizing anything Original (such as characters, jutsu, weapons or clans) will be subject to an immediate ban.
By role playing on this site you are agreeing to these rules and their consequences. You also agree to follow any new rules that may be added as time proceeds.
